  Heritage Memorial Chapel is owned and operated by Jeff Wilson, one of the kindest and most thoughtful people on the planet. When my son Amadeus died suddenly and unexpectedly, he helped us through the ordeal, and he made it all about Amadeus and doing it his way. He even brought his CD player to the cemetery so we could bury Amadeus to the sounds of his favorite music. I shall never forget his kindness!

  Thank you so much for helping me with making the funeral arrangements for my husband. When my husband passed, I was devastated and couldn't think clearly. Having you there to assist me , and planning the service at Tahoma National Cemetery, was a big help to me. Your loving support, kindness and friendship mean a great deal to me.
  How do I begin to thank-you. It was important to myself and the family, that it be just right ... we are so very grateful for your understanding and patience and for your caring and concern to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. The memorial at Tahoma National Cemetery was perfect. We are so very pleased and want all of you to know how very very much we appreciate all that you have done for us.   We wanted to have a casual-outdoor memorial service for our brother, which is what he would have wanted also. When asked if they would be interested in helping, Jeff and Loretta Wilson of the Wenatchee, Washington Heritage Memorial Chapel Funeral Home did not hesitate. They offered necessary advise and ideas as to how to put our service together. The day of the service, they arrived in ample time and had all the items that could possibly be needed, no-matter what the whether decided to do. When the time came to start, Jeff called our attention to the reason we were gathered and spoke some comforting words about our brother, his impact on our lives and others. Jeff has a soothing mannerism and tone of voice so when he asked if people would like to share memories, it was done so without anxiety. Because of their help, we were able to gather and reminisce about our brother in a productive manor. I believe we all left that day felling better about ourselves and even more proud of our brother then ever before. We are so thankful for Jeff and Loretta Wilson traveling all the way to Airway Heights from Wenatchee to help us celebrate our brothers life. It seemed having them with us took all the stress out of having a service.

  When my husband passed away at the end of 2015, I had no idea what to do or how I was going to deal with his funeral when no funds were available at that time.
  Thanks to Heritage Memorial and in particular, Tammy, I was able to complete my husband's wishes and not worry about the finances until such time I would be able to take care of this obligation.
  I was treated with kindness and consideration I wouldn't have dreamed possible from a funeral establishment. There was NEVER pressure and no shortage of patience at all.
  When the time comes for anyone needing a comforting hand and someone willing to help you through a stressful time, call Tammy and see how the road gets less rocky. Maybe not smooth, but at least getting you where you need to go and not by yourself.
